It’s never been easier to learn the foundations and techniques of Pranayama (yogic breathing) and Mantra Meditation to unlock more peace and joy in your life.
Pranayama and Mantra Meditation form integral components of yogic traditions practiced for thousands of years to bring healing, transformation and spiritual awakening. A daily pranayama practice taps into the life force (prana) controlling the mind, making it one-pointed (ekagra) so that one can progress easily into meditation. At the same time, mantra takes us a step further by helping us enter abstract levels of awareness in which we can easily slip into the gap where our true self resides. This is a realm of infinite peace, unbounded joy and infinite bliss.
Meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body's inner intelligence. Having a daily meditation practice will take you on your journey to well-being and transformation.
Meditation offers the tools needed to reach your goals. The benefits include:
Reducing stress
Improved mind-body health
Enhanced focus
Better relationships
Advancement on your spiritual journey

Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) is a powerful mantra based healing practice relying on personalized mantras. Rooted in the Vedic traditions of India and practiced for thousands of years to establish inner-calm and deep relaxation. PSM uses individually selected sounds of nature called “mantras.” These mantras are the vibrations the universe was creating at the moment of your birth determined using a Vedic mathematical formula. Mantra is a Sanskrit word which means “instrument of the mind.” We use the mantra to disconnect from the activity of the world.
Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis can help you to:
Manage stress
Reduce anxiety
Improve your relationships
Create inner peace
Awaken your intuition
Lower your blood pressure
Become less judgmental
Connect to spirit
Enhance your sleep patterns
Primordial Sound Meditation instruction consists of 4 sessions; 3 classes 60 minute each, plus one private Primordial Sound Meditation Mantra session where you will receive your personal mantra.
What to expect:
Class 1: You will learn the basic principles of meditation, its history, and the importance of your mantra.
Class 2: You will receive your Personal Mantra in a one-on-one ceremony.
Class 3: You will learn the practical aspects of meditation and the nuts & bolts of the practice.
Class 4: You will learn about the higher states of consciousness.
As stress is greatly eliminated through PSM, our minds and bodies begin to function with maximum effectiveness, creating health, vitality, & happiness.
This isn’t spirituality. This is mental technology; a systematic approach to taking control of your inner world so that you can powerfully shape your external world.
