    This workshop includes a gentle yoga flow leading to yin postures for deeper stretching.

    Bring a notebook and a pen to jot down revelations as they arise or from suggestions given that awaken goals, dreams, or observations. Understand yourself better by letting go of labels and self-imposed restrictions.

  • Cacao Ceremony

    Drinking ceremonial grade Cacao with respect, devotion, and reverence, we enter into the sacred space of our hearts. Raja Yoga practices are enhanced with this infusion of this "medicine" and takes us on a journey within. We begin with purifying kriyas before setting an intention. Then pranayama, mantra, and meditation help to silence our mind so we may hear the Inner Voice.

    We seal the ceremony with the sound vibrations of gongs, chimes, and crystal alchemy singing bowls, for a truly sublime experience.

  • Restorative Yoga & Reflexology

    In Restorative Yoga, the body is supported by props such as blankets and bolsters to help the body to relax completely.

    In this relaxed state, each student will receive reflexology wherein pressure is applied to specific reflex points in the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. This allows the body and mind to come into a state of balance.
